When can I move here?
It depends upon the availability of the storage space matching your requirements. Once a date for storage availability is confirmed you can move in anytime from the available date.
What Are My Payment Options?
We offer a range of payment options. We accept cash, debit or credit cards and direct debit payments. Our customer support team will guide you through the payment process if necessary.
How should I pack my things for storage?
How you pack your important belongings is up to you, however we require you not to pack items in such a way, that will damage or stress the structure of the space that you have leased.
Are there any restricted items?
Yes, we don’t allow anything that is illegal, such as weapons, drugs or stolen items. We won’t store dangerous chemical or biological products.
What level of security do we offer?
We have 24–hour security cameras. Our storage spaces are locked rooms, within a locked building. We use a double–lock option on the roller doors, where we provide you a locking system with your own key. For further peace of mind, the double–lock option allows you to add your own secondary lock to the door.
Can I access my space at any time?
Yes, our building and your spaces are accessible 24/7.
Is the storage weather proof?
Yes, our storage spaces are protected within a secure contained building. If you need to access your storage space, it is inside and protected from any weather that might potentially damage your important belongings. You can load and unload your important items in the full knowledge that they will not be damaged by inclement weather.
What sizes are available?
We offer two different size options at the moment. The larger size is 42 m/sq and the smaller option is 24 m/sq. The 42 sq option is easily large enough to fit two cars in side by side, being 7 metres wide, 6 metres deep and having a ceiling height of 3 metres. The 24 m/sq option is 3 metres wide, 8 metres deep, with a 3-metre-high ceiling.
